The Story
How one family's experience inspired a vision for better supported living.
Like many families, Jill knew the worry of asking: what happens when we're no longer here to care? Options for her daughter Katie were limited, impersonal, and often miles from the people who loved her.
So Jill and a small circle of trustees decided to build something different. Somewhere with the warmth of a family home, the stability of a permanent place, and the freedom to live an ordinary — and extraordinary — life.
That vision became Gow Lodge.
